Refund , Cancellation and Return Policy

We appreciate your business and understand that plans can change. The following policy outlines the procedures and requirements related to refunds, cancellations, and returns for our shuttle services. By booking our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Refund Policy

1.     Full Refunds: Full refunds will be granted if cancellation is made at least 72 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

2.     Partial Refunds: A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made between  24 to 72 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

3.     No Refunds: No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than , 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time or in case of a no-show.

Cancellation Policy

1.     Advance Cancellations: For cancellations made at least  72 hours in advance of the scheduled pickup time, no additional charges will be incurred.

2.     Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within  24 to 72 hours of the scheduled pickup time will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

3.     No-Shows: Failure to show up for your scheduled service will result in a 100% charge with no possibility for a refund.

Return Policy

1.     Item Returns: Any lost items found in the shuttle will be returned to our main office and can be claimed within  30 days. After that time, unclaimed items will be donated or discarded.

2.     Service Returns: If you are dissatisfied with the service, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of your ride to discuss potential compensation or corrective measures.

User Conduct

3.     Luggage: Each passenger is allowed up to  2 standard pieces of luggage. Excess or oversized luggage may incur additional fees.

2.     Lost Items: We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. However, any items found in the shuttle will be returned as per our Return Policy.
